Schedule Cracker

Defensibility

Built to be questioned.

A delay analysis is worth what is left of it after cross-examination. Schedule Cracker is built so that every number can be traced, every judgement is visibly yours, and the method is stated rather than implied.

  1. 01

    It works from the record

The checks run on the dates stored in the schedule as it was submitted: the same file the other side holds. Nobody has to accept a re-scheduled model before they can follow the argument.

  2. 02

    Every finding points at evidence

Nothing is a bare score. Each finding opens to the activities that produced it, and each window of the delay analysis shows the path of work that drove the movement in the projected finish.

  3. 03

The judgement stays with the expert

Schedule Cracker computes the facts: what moved, when, and along which path. It does not decide fault. Responsibility and entitlement are inputs you set and can change, and the report presents them as yours. Overlapping delay is flagged as candidate concurrency, never resolved for you.

  4. 04

    Numbers that trace

Exports carry the analysis exactly as computed. When you ask for an AI-written narrative, every number in the text is checked against the analysis before the report is issued; a figure the analysis did not produce is sent back to be corrected, not printed.

  5. 05

    The same answer every time

Run the same files again and you get the same findings. The rule set is the Schedule Cracker desktop app’s, and the web app was checked against the desktop app rule by rule.

Questions, answered.

Does Schedule Cracker decide who is responsible for a delay?
No. It measures the delay and shows what drove it. Responsibility is an expert judgement; you set it and the report shows it as yours.
Does it re-schedule my file?
The checks use the dates stored in your file. The scheduling engine runs on a separate copy only where a what-if is needed, and never changes your file.
Can I see why a finding was raised?
Yes. Every finding opens to the activities behind it.

Try to break it.

If you defend these analyses for a living, we would rather hear where it falls short than tell you it does not. Bring a file, or start the trial.
