Security
Where your schedules live, and who can see them.
Project schedules are commercially sensitive, and in a dispute they are evidence. This page says plainly where they go and what happens to them. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Who runs what
Schedule Cracker is run by EyeDeal Tech on a small number of established providers:
- Supabase: accounts, sign-in, database and file storage (United States)
- Hostinger: the servers that run the application (United States)
- Vercel: hosting of the website and the app’s pages
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions; we never see or store your card number
- Anthropic: only when you ask for an AI-written report, and it does not use the data to train its models

Your schedules
Files you upload are used only to run your analysis. They are not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.

Signing in
Sign in with an email and password, kept only as a secure hash, or with Google or Microsoft, in which case we never receive that password. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

Deletion
Ask us to delete your account and we delete your account and project data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

For owners, agencies and firms whose data must stay inside their own environment, ask us about a dedicated deployment.
Questions, answered.
- Is my data used to train AI?
- No. Neither we nor Anthropic, which writes AI reports only when you ask for one, use your schedules to train models.
- Where is the data stored?
- Accounts, the database and files are stored with Supabase, and the application runs on Hostinger servers, both in the United States.
- What if there is a breach?
- No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you promptly.
